Linking an email address to a text (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) automatically opens up an email program, such as Windows Mail, so that the viewer can send an email to the specified email address (e.g. email@example.com). This is a great way to enhance the user experience of your site and to eliminate the extra step of having the user leave your site to send an email.
*Please feel free to review this tutorial on how to add a basic link before proceeding.*
