We understand that life can get in the way, and you’ll occasionally need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled phone calls with us. 


To reschedule an existing phone call with us:

  1. When you initially schedule a website support call with us, you will receive a confirmation email

  2. Open the confirmation email, and scroll to the bottom where it says “Make changes to this event”

  3. Click the ‘Reschedule’ button, and select your new desired date and time

  4. Once you select your new desired date and time, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Update Event’

  5. Once you’ve clicked on the button, you’ll be brought to a confirmation page notifying us of the rescheduled event 



To cancel an existing phone call with us:

  1. When you initially schedule a website support call with us, you will receive a confirmation email

  2. Open the confirmation email, and scroll to the bottom where it says “Make changes to this event”

  3. Click the ‘Cancel’ button

  4. You’ll be brought to a page asking for details as to why you need to cancel, where you can click a ‘Cancel Event’ button

  5. Once you’ve clicked on the button, you’ll be brought to a confirmation page notifying us that you’ve cancelled the call
