When looking to check the status of tickets you must have a support account created.

To create a Support portal account, navigate to https://www.advisorwebsites.com/support.

After you reach out support dashboard, scroll below and press "Log In" to "Your support Zone".

Here you will be able to Sign up as well as Log in to your support portal account.
