Adding A File to File Manager

  1. Hover over 'Quick Links' in the top left hand side of the dashboard. 

  2. Select 'Manage Files' from the quick links drop-down menu, and a new window will open.

  3. Click 'Upload' in the top left of the window.

  4. Select 'Choose File'

  5. Select the PDF or image from your desktop and select 'Open'.

  6. Once selected click the 'Upload' button.


Adding a PDF to a Page

  1. Select the page you wish to add the PDF link to. 

  2. Enter the name of the PDF into the body section. (eg. Brochure)

  3. Highlight the wording the link will contain

  4. Click the link icon found on the page's toolbar


  1. To add the PDF click 'Browse Server'.

  2. Double click the PDF you wish to apply to the word

  3. Click 'Ok'

  4. To save your progress and to view the page without making it live click the 'Save as draft' button

  5. To publish the page on the live website select edit > then press the green 'Publish' button or the 'Submit to Compliance' button if your website is on a compliance workflow


Adding Image to Page

  1. Select the page you wish to add the image to

  2. Navigate to the area you wish to add the image to

  3. Click the image icon found on the page's toolbar


  1. To add the image, click 'Browse Server'.

  2. Double click the image you wish to add

  3. On the left select the width and height you wish the image size to be

  4. Click 'Ok'

  5. To save your progress and to view the page without making it live click the 'Save as draft' button

  6. To publish the page on the live website select edit > then press the green 'Publish' button or the 'Submit to Compliance' button if your website is on a compliance workflow.

Adding a File to the File Manager

  1. Click on the human icon on the top right of the dashboard

  2. Select 'File Manager' from drop-down list.

  3. Click 'Select PDF/Image' or drag and drop the file into the bordered area on the right. 

  4. Click 'Upload' on the bottom right once file is selected.


Note: For PDF copy the URL of the PDF that was uploaded to the file manager.



Adding a PDF to a Page

  1. Select the page you wish to add the PDF link to. 
  2. Enter the name of the PDF/link title into the body section (eg Weekly Market Update)
  3. Highlight the wording the link will contain
  4. Click link icon found on page's toolbar 
  5. Enter the external URL link into URL section.
  6. Or paste the PDF URL into URL text section. 
  7. Click the 'Advanced' button on the bottom of the window.
  8. Check 'Open in new window'.
  9. Click 'OK'.
  10. To save your progress and to view the page without making it live select 'Save as draft' at the bottom
  11. To publish the page on the live website select edit > at the bottom select 'SAVE AND KEEP PUBLISHED' or 'SAVE FOR REVIEW' if your website is on a compliance workflow

Adding Image to Page

  1. Select the page you wish to add the image to. 

  2. Navigate to the section of body you wish to add the image. 

  3. Click the 'Image' icon found on page's toolbar.

  4. Click 'uploaded images' on the pop-up window. 

  5. Select an image from the uploaded library. 

  6. Once the image is chosen, click 'Select' on the bottom right.

  7. Click the 'Next' button.

  8. Use 'Image Style' to change the size of the image. 

  9. Click 'Embed' once you are done editing the size and alignment of the image. 

  10. To save your progress and to view the page without making it live select 'Save as draft' at the bottom

  11. To publish the page on the live website select edit > at the bottom select 'SAVE AND KEEP PUBLISHED' or 'SAVE FOR REVIEW' if your website is on a compliance workflow
