Classic Platform | Force Platform | What platform am I on ?

Classic Platform

  1. Click on the Extras tab on the left hand menu
  2. Click on Social Network Links
  3. Paste in the part of the URL that appears after the .com for each social media account you want to add e.g for LinkedIn just add in/youruniqueurl into the Linkedin field
  4. When you're done, click the Save button at the top right or the green Save and Submit to compliance button if you are on a compliance dashboard

Force Platform

  1. Click the drop-down on the top right
  2. Select Company Information, you will get a pop-up menu
  3. Navigate to the Social Media tab
  4. Paste in the full URL for the social media accounts you want to connect
  5. Save, if you are on a compliance workflow please save and submit to compliance.
