Here, we'll take a a look at some common difficulties users have, and how to easily tackle them.
1) How to Edit the Homepage
Your homepage is the first thing guests will see on your site, so it is vital to give off an excellent first impression. The tricky aspect on the homepage is that it can only be edited through the blocks. What this means, is that you will have to navigate to your homepage, and edit each block one by one.

2) Updating the Content Library & Auto Publishing
Auto publishing is one of our most exciting and popular features. Our "set it and forget it" policy leaves you with very little work, and saves you time for the important stuff like meeting with clients. You can choose to publish 2 types of content: blogs, or videos. Both have a similar process, and can be incredibly beneficial for SEO ranking and exposure.
A. Blogs
It is extremely easy to turn on auto publish for your blogs. As you probably already know, we have an entire collection of articles already written for you, which you can publish as is or edit before publishing. If you choose to use this, simply ticking off the auto publish box and choosing a date will work. If you'd like to write your own, create your blog, then schedule a time for publishing.
B. Video
The video module is exactly the same as the blog module. The only difference here is that you'll have to create your own video, or select one which has certain usage rights to be eligible for sharing. Then, you can go through the same steps on the video tab (just underneath the blog section).
3) Updating the Navbar
Navbar stands for Navigation Bar, and it is the light grey bar on the lefthand side of your screen, with icons on it. To update or add things to the navigation menu, press on the logo with 3 dots and 3 bars, which is the 3rd to last button from the bottom. This will take you to a screen such as we can see below. To add pages, press the + button next to where it says main navigation. To move things around, simply click on the item you want to move, drag it to its new position, and drop it. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
4) Creating Links to PDF's or External Sites
Creating links to PDF's or external sites is almost exactly the same thing as updating the navigation bar which we covered above. This time however, you will be clicking the "+" button to add a menu item. Next, you can add a title to your external website or PDF. Lastly, from the dropdown menu beneath your selected name, you may choose what you want to link. This can be an email, file (for assorted documents such as PDF), web address or more. Once you have done this, you then decide where you want this item to link to, press submit, and you are done!
5) Creating Jotforms & Embedding them
Jotforms are a great way to create new leads within your website, by having guests fill out forms with their information on it. The best way to utilize them, is to create them from the website linked above, and then embed them somewhere onto your site. You can do this by going to the pages tab (3rd from the bottom), clicking on the add new blue button, then pressing the source button on the right side of your toolbar. Just paste your code in, and that's it! You now have a way to convert visitors to leads.
