Advisor Websites Has Not Been Impacted by Logging Framework Security Vulnerability (CVE-2021-44228)

We have been recently made aware of a critical security vulnerability in the Apache Log4j logging framework, CVE-2021-44228. The use of this logging solution is common in web technologies and applications and has resulted in widespread public attention around this elevated cyber security risk.

After investigating and reviewing our application codebase, we can confirm that Advisor Websites does not use the CVE-2021-44228 logging framework. There is no risk to our platforms or our customers’ websites related to this vulnerability.
