If you are able to log in to your domain host account but are unable to find your DNS records:
- Some domain hosts do not have a DNS dashboard. Reach out to your domain host’s support team to get the records added.
- In some cases, the domain host points to a separate DNS host. If you have an IT team or someone besides yourself set up your email for you, they typically have access to your DNS records. Forward these instructions to your domain provider or IT team.
