If your account includes both the Websites and Campaigns products, any webform filled out on your website will automatically add that contact to your Campaigns > Contacts section. You may also see a notification card in the Marketing Hub confirming the new lead was captured.
This feature helps you collect and follow up with leads without any manual entry.
How Website Webform Leads Sync with Campaigns
- Before getting started, make sure you are logged into your account using a profile with access to both Websites and Campaigns
- Open your website dashboard.
- Navigate to the Lead Manager.
- Here you will see any new webform submissions that were made.
Viewing the Lead in Campaigns
- Go to Campaigns > Contacts
- The new lead will appear at the top of your contact list within a few seconds
- You will see the lead source as "Landing Page"
Check the Marketing Hub
A notification card may also appear in the Marketing Hub, showing that a lead was added from your website.
