There are several reasons why you’re website may not be appearing as expected. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Step 1: Check your website dashboard.

The best way to check if the problem is within our platform/services is to check your website dashboard. This can be due to unsuccessful payments or server errors.

  1. Type in your web address and add /user at the end to access your login page (e.g. www.example.com/user).

  2. You should get a login screen or your website dashboard. If you get an error message, please contact support below.

Step 2: Are your DNS settings configured correctly?

If your website loads correctly using the website dashboard, your domain name (www.example.com) may not be pointing correctly to your website. This may be due to unsuccessful payments for your domain or network issues on your domain provider’s end.

To check, you can look up your DNS settings:

Classic Platform

  1. Visit https://who.is/

  2. On the search bar, type in your web address.

  3. Your domain information will come up. Click the DNS records tab below the domain name.

  4. Under the type column, look for two rows with a value A.

  5. Check the content columns for these rows and make sure they’re pointing to  216.157.85.112 or 76.74.156.165. If one is missing or does not contain either of the above values, follow these instructions to configure your settings correctly.

  6. If it is pointing to 216.157.85.112, please contact support below.

Note that it can take your domain provider up to 24 hours to reflect these changes.

If the site remains incorrect, repeat this step to confirm settings have been changed correctly.

Force Platform

  1. Visit https://who.is/

  2. On the search bar, type in your web address.

  3. Your domain information will come up. Click the DNS records tab below the domain name.

  4. Under the type column, look for the value A. You will likely have more than one. Just make sure one of them is pointing to 174.129.25.170

  5. Next, look for the CNAME and check the content column. The value should be your website dashboard domain - something like sitename.us1.advisor.ws

  6. If one of these is incorrect, change the settings through your domain provider. Allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect.

If the site still does not appear correct, repeat this step to confirm settings have been changed correctly.

Force Platform: Re-verify your Domain Name

If everything appears correct and you are on our force platform, it may be that you need to reconnect your domain name to the site.

  1. Login to your website dashboard by adding /user at the end of your web address.

  2. On the top right corner of your website dashboard, click on the person icon.

  3. On the menu that appears, choose the Switch Accounts options.

  4. You will get a new screen with your site name on a dropdown menu and two buttons below it.

  5. Make sure that your site name is correct and click on Website settings

  6. Click on Manage Domains

  7. Under Current Domain Name Aliases, if you’re domain name is not listed, simply add it on the new domain field at the bottom.

  8. If you’re domain is listed, remove it and then add it once again using the new domain field.
