Legacy Platform

  1. Select 'Company' on the left hand side menu

  2. Click on 'Office Location' under the company side-bar list.

  3. Update the fields you require the change to be made in. (Street Address, City, State, etc.)

  4. Press the 'Save' button in the top right section of the page. 


Once saved, the update will publish to the company address area located on your website. Option will be 'Save and Submit to Compliance' if on a Compliance Dashboard 


If the company Address does not update using the steps above, use alternative steps provided below:

  1. Click on 'Edit Site' in the top left section of the dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the location of company address on the website (common locations - bottom of the home page & on the contact page).

  3. Select 'Edit Current' above the title of the page or 'Edit Block' if the info is part of a block.

  4. Make the required edits to the address in this section. 

  5. To save your progress and to view the page without making it live click the 'Save as draft' button.

  6. To view previous versions of the content, select 'Revisions' above the title and then select the PDF revision you wish to view.

  7. To publish the page on the live website select edit > then press the green 'Publish' button or the 'Save and Submit to Compliance' button if your website is on a compliance workflow.




Force Platform

  1. Click on the person icon on the top right hand side of the dashboard.

  2. From the drop-down select 'Company Information'.

  3. Click on 'Address & Numbers' in the menu of the pop-up.

  4. Update the fields you require the change to be made in. (Street Address, City, State, etc.)

  5. Click the 'Save' button on the bottom left hand side of the section- once updated.

  6. The update will publish the new address on the live website when saved. 

  7. Update will be saved for review if on a compliance workflow.

  8. To submit the update to compliance, click 'Send to Compliance' and then on the top right of hand side of the dashboard select 'Send Changes for Review'


If the company address does not update using the steps above, use the alternative steps provided below: 

  1. Click on 'Edit Site' in the top left hand section of the dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the location of the address on the website (common locations - bottom of the home page, and the contact page).

  3. Select 'Edit' where the company address is 

  4. Make the required edit to the address in this section. 

  5. To publish the page on the live website select edit > at the bottom select 'Save and Keep Published' or 'Save For Review' if your website is on a compliance workflow

  6. To submit the update to compliance, click 'Send to Compliance' and then on the top right of hand side of the dashboard select 'Send Changes for Review'
