A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system provides you with data that can help you provide better customer service, increase productivity, and sales.
At Advisor Websites, we support many integrations such as Google Analytics, Redtail, Advisor Stream, Hootsuite, Riskalyze, and Salesforce. To use these 3rd party services, you can either link it directly as an integration through the website dashboard, or send us the embed code to insert onto your website.
An embed code is a string of HTML from a 3rd party service, that once copied onto your website, will show the desired media, application, or create a feed to collect and use data. To acquire this embed code, please follow the instructions offered by the 3rd party service or contact the 3rd party service’s customer support line, and they will be able to provide it.
Integrations on Force Platform:
Login to your website dashboard
Navigate to the ‘Apps’ tab on the far left hand side menu (9 boxes icon)
From the ‘Extras’ menu, find your desired integration (Hootsuite, Advisor Stream, etc.)
If you can’t find your integration here, please reach out to us (support@advisorwebsite.com), and we can place the embed code from the 3rd party service on your website
