Step 1: Configure your new domain to your website

If your current website address reflects your previous company name, you will likely want to change this to reflect your new business name as well.

Click here to view step-by-step instructions on how to do this, from domain purchasing to configuration.

Note that in most cases you will need to keep your old domain for a period of time as you transition to the new one as most old users will only remember this previous address. You may redirect the domain to your new address through your domain provider (e.g. GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.)

We would also recommend adding a notice on your website of the change to inform users.

Step 2: Update your website

If you have new logos or just looking to change the text on your website content, you can do so by logging into your website dashboard. For further instructions, you can search through this knowledge base to find specific articles pertaining to sections of the website you may be looking to change.
